Are you planning a trip to the beach this summer? If you are, then I imagine you will do some beach combing. The tide faithfully deposits little treasures that we love to scoop up and bring home with us. It's a sweet way to remember the relaxing time at the ocean's edge.
A couple of years ago I started using found driftwood pieces to string seashells and dried florals from to create a unique wall hanging. It's been a favorite design at all of my art markets.
For this botanical look I bundled together dried grasses, eucalyptus, palms and pods. The possibilities are endless. I suggest searching the beach and the local gift shops for natural elements that will remind you of your vacation for years to come.
